On June 13 i recieved a call at my work saying that i was being sued for an internet loan that i had takes out in June. I couldn't understand what the lady was trying to say so i ask to explain to me slowyl and she got upset and hung up on me. Well when we came home from vacation on the first of July there was a message from a lady that said she was fron the deptartment of dcs and i couldn't understand her either so the nest morning i called the number. The man that i spoke to was very upsetting. Told me i was being sued for an internet loan that was taken out in June for 500.00 again i told him that there was no transactions on my bank account like that. He said that i would have to get all my bank statements and bring them to court. I have never done an internet loan from Cash Advance USA. Everytime i call them to try to get this straightened out they hang up on me i called a Mr. Justin Hamel at Cash Advance he got very nasty and hung up on me also and told me that i would have to bring my bank statements to court. I don't even know these people / How can they make you pay something you don't even owe. Please what can i do?
