TERRIBLE support out of this organization that requires no obligation for their goods. We bought (2) $2,800 Bradington-Youthful leather couches on 12/10 so when they came 2 weeks later plus one was damaged they created us deliver it back again to the manufacturer for this to be fixed. This required per month so when it had been shipped it had been the incorrect couch completely! The shipping organization they caught with needed to find the couch (*we remained in touch with the shipping organization since Carolina Rustica would not contact us back or maintain us knowledgeable, they cleaned their fingers of it because it was today the shipping businesses obligation) after which it required 2-3 weeks to locate it and another before it had been shipped. While it came the scores have been fixed and appeared a whole lot worse than whenever we obtained it the very first time. We'd to combat with CarolinaRustica to obtain some cash off since we could not do something concerning the couch at this time. Simply terrible and never worth preserving anything for that insufficient support and failure to remain behind their item.
