Glory Of Rome Offered a game that has glitches, promotions not honored etc... Where you lose money for items

My complaint is against Kabam and their game Glory of Rome played on Facebook. It is a game based on the Roman Empire where you build armies and join alliances to conquer worlds they call Dominations. I played in domination 8 for over 2 years, where as I have seen numerous glitches to where they always told us they were reprogramming and fixing the game.

For the last few months these glitches have been enormous causing the game to run slow, game logging out for 24 hour or more etc. Some times the game would work for some people and not others which has caused many people to lose their entire armies, armies they spent over a year or so to build. Even though it has started as a free game you have to purchase gold ($99.00 gets you 1100 gold and a small speed chest) to be able to buy things in their store to help you build armies quicker, attack other players cities quicker, defend your city better etc...

My problem is several things first of all many many times I have purchased things like speed dials to attack other alliances cities and many many times I would hit speed attacks and the game would lag for me and not the other alliances cities giving them time to reinforce their cities, and me losing an army.

TIMING IN THIS GAME IS EVERYTHING, speed dials should be an instant attack and not a 5 minute delay. I have noticed when my alliance has gone to war with several alliances the game starts to run slow or shut down causing every one to lose troops, where -as most of the time we have to spend more gold to build more troops to protect the cities we have started over 2 years ago.

If kabam knows they have serious problems and after every glitch they come up with a new reason for their problems I dont understand how they can take money FROM PEOPLE knowing their game is broken, not reimbursing them for money spent and ignoring their complaints.

They offered us a sale on Fortunas Tokens / speed promotion where you purchase a game play for 5 gold and have a chance of winning a 15 minute, 1 hour, 2.5 hour 8 hour etc. Speed dial which are very costly in terms of dollars, my problem with this is because of my work schedule the promotion was supposed to end on March 26& (I bought hundreds of dollars worth of gold thinking I was going to build my army on the 24th) and thought I had plenty of time so I bought gold and planned to use it on the 24th.

The 24th comes along and I buy and use all my gold to purchase Fortunas tokens, then find out they cancelled their promotion with out warning any one, or at least me. They refused to refund my money, WHILE A FEW OF THE PLAYERS ARMIES DOUBLED AND TRIPLED IN SIZE

My bank informed me that if my purchases were to buy gold from them then this may be a civil issue, until I informed them that you have to buy this gold to purchase things from their store where they change at their own leisure even after promoting offers and reniging on the time tables causing people to lose a lot of money and ending up getting pretty much worthless stuff.

In my opinion this is fraud and casing the game to be able to be manipulated by other players. The game has logged out 3 times in 5 days, worked slow and has caused my alliance to lose a lot of troops because of their glitches, which tells me when a lot of people move their armies and a lot of action is taking place this companies servors can not keep up and crashes and or lags/glitches causing people to lose money and time.

Kabam refuses to take any true responsibility and thinks that people love their game so much that they can take advantage of them, the sad thing is for a lot of people that statement is true. But there are many Facebook rooms like Krap with over a thousand members from all over the world including police department personal that belong to these groups that have the same legitimate complaints that I do. One thing that bothers me is the thought that Kabam favors some players over others and maybe manipulating the game in such ways.

I have heard from friends and allies that they have gotten deals on things from the Kabam stores like purchasing Preatorian packages that makes your generals stronger for as little as 40 gold each as long as they buy 10 or more while others like myself have to pay 100 gold even with purchases of 10 or more. I have complained to Kabam once and have received an e-mail from one of their employees stating she wanted to " HELP ME&WINK WINK" but I better not tell anyone or she would stop " HELPING ME - wink wink ", this was about 3 weeks ago.

First of all if Kabam employees are helping some people and not others with more help etc... It just shows an intentional manipulation of the game in my opinion and with the strengths my armies would receive unfairly would cause others to have to spend more money on the game to defend against me or lose their armies etc... All of this is just my opinion and would welcome and listen to any attorney that may want to look into this and possibly start a class action lawsuit.

i have the names of a few hundred people that would like to sign on to this. This game has cost me loss of money, time and caused me severe headaches trying to deal with them. I myself have quit playing the game but closely monitoring glitches etc... From friends and other alliance members and refuse to play the game until the glitches stop and an even playing field is enforced. For other members I may want to add I have 255 generals, speed chests, bear traps etc.in my inventory—Im not doing this because of a lack of an army, but for what is right for the game we all got into and addicted with. Thanks
