Poor customer service and billing practices

I registered for Care.com to locate home-care while I had been restoring from base surgery. The caregivers who post advertisements aren't really trusted and back out-of issues in the last second. The individual whom I believed would assist never got touching me and that I wound up finding another person, who mainly reported about her fibromyalgia and just how she couldn't raise something, or can she drive a wheelchair, which she never explained about before. I actually donot believe they do any history investigations and that I would not utilize these folks again. I'm deleting my membership and that which was said to be a-one-time-use wound up being truly a cost on my card each and every month, as others have published. I don't mind at-all spending money on quality, but to become billed $35 monthly for substandard providers is significantly more than anybody could remain. I don't suggest by using this site or organization, actually. At this time I'm on-hold together to talk to somebody about rescheduling my consideration, and that I have now been ON-HOLD awaiting anyone to keep in touch with me for more than 33 units, based on the electronic timer about the telephone!!
