The company involved responds when you post a question regarding Windows. They state that they will not charge a fee unless you are satisfied with the answer or solution they provide. But they charge your respective credit card anyway. Contact your credit card company or bank and have them contact the firm that billed the charge in a conference call.
The chances are that the company will be more likely to refund you while the bank or credit card company is on the line with you.
