I too ordered my PC at the end of June, and was charged $1012 on June 01 '04. I have sent emails requesting build dates and ship dates, and to inquire why their website continually showed (I say showed because as of the last email I sent to them, they seem to have deleted my username) my account as not being paid weeks after they had charged me. I am going to be patient for a few more days in hopes of hearing something, if not, I too will start contacting the appropriate parties.
