Yet another person who found this website much too late. Got linked to their website when browsing one I used many times to order parts with no hassle, so didn't think they would give me any problems.
May 25th I ordered a PC from these people for 399.00. It is now two months later, and nothing. Almost a month ago I requested my money be returned to me. Was told 48 hours. Great! Did I get it? No. When asked why, "oh someone thought you still wanted the computer" Keep in mind since requesting the refund the only person I have been in contact with is "Traci Streets" so who was the "someone"? So I wrote back, stating I wanted my money, and a phone number and address for their place of business. Received neither.
It has been a week now since the last "it will be 48 hours" So after I take care of a few things, I am going to drive up the street and talk to my neighbor, who happens to be the DA of Kenosha, and let him start looking into it.
