Unauthorized billing subsequent to initial purchase

Exactly the same story as a previous report:

" I bought and paid $2.13 for a game for my grandkids, then started to have unauthorized monthly membership fees of $7.14 charged through my PayPal account, what a rip off "

Paypal should not be allowing this company to use their service for this Internet fraud.
