I placed an order with Ultragamut, they charged my account the very next day. After 10 days I tried to get a shippng date, they do not answer their phones, emails or chats. Contacted 2checkout.com, the company that receives their payments. I finally received an email from Ultragamut with a USPS Priority Mail tracking# that after 6 days happens to be electronically generated, USPS tells me they have never received a package. I contacted 2checkout again and they told me to contact ultragamut.
