Bad product and slow refund

Bought the brand new SC1200 X10 Security console back on Feb 12 to displace a classic X10 system. The unit was advertized to be always a fall-in unit with increased capacity (areas, etc) than my previous device. After two trades of models that had lower RF variety and wouldn't use answering devices (attempted two), X10is tech-support stated it had been switched to their design group. I gave them nearly a few months to locate a repair subsequently required a return. Today 6 months following the last return and following a "boss" guaranteed the reimbursement I am advised it'll be another 7 to 10 business days. I am had success with X10 items previously but their assistance with this product continues to be the sets!
