Doba.com - Heavy Harassment, Tons of Phone Calls, Doesn't give up, SCAM

If you want to throw away tens to hundreds of dollars, this is your company! I'll explain the story of how I did it:

Okay, I saw an advertisement to this company through another website which I forgot. I figured hmm... This looks interesting! So I clicked on this add and read about this site, realized it was free to use so I made my account. Upon looking at their merchandise available for sale, I realized the prices are WAY too high and no way was what I was looking for.

Now, all of a sudden I get these calls to my cellphone. I have no idea how (I must of had to put my number when I registered). I received up to FIVE a day, and did not answer any as I don't answer numbers I don't know. I got fed up after about the tenth day of 5 calls / day and figured what the heck, I'll see who it is.

This call went on for about an hour. Turned out to be a very convincing call explaining how good this website is. The entire call I felt pressured and harassed and felt like I HAD to give my credit card info to subscribe to this $49/month service and give it a try. I figured the paid version would have a better selection of items than the free, limited service.

Boy was I wrong. The prices are still WAY too high and next to ZERO potential to make a profit unless you spend a gazillion hours trying to find ONE product thats priced decent, which I refused to do.

I called their number demanding a refund as the service wasn't right for me. They objected when I wanted to cancel my service and DIDNT LET ME. I was sucked into paying the $49 for something I didn't use.

Another month went by and a nice $69.95 came out of my card despite the fact I didn't even use the service for the whole month. I was going to cancel before hand but due to 2 very HARASSING calls I felt I COULDNT cancel even if I wanted to.

Now, going on month 2, I finally built up the courage to call this scamming company and was able to cancel before another $69.95 came out.

All in all, I threw away $118.95 for a scam of a website that has a no refund policy, charges WAY too much for their items, and is impossible to really make money using (which of course is the whole reason I signed up).

I learned my lesson, but I hope if anyone reads this and saves $49 or more by STAYING AWAY from this website, it's all worth my time in writing it:)
