I go on and there 24/7 live support says offline for 8 hours. I go on later that day and they ask for a picture of my credit card/ID. Soon after that they say the supplier is not online and I should try again later. I go to the website today and I find that it is down.in the Email I got though paypal, it gives me a few other websites I can go too.

I file a complaint to both websites and find there 24/7 live chat. I get the same person that sold me the gold asking for my email address. I give it to them and tell the problem and I want my money back. They ignore me.
