I had recently put in an order for 30,000, 000 Runescape gold on http://www.rs2goldbuy.com / for $21.90. On the website it is indicated that delieveries should take no more than 10 minutes. It has now been two days and I have contacted their live chat several times. Most of the time I get a notification that reads: 'currently not online now. We back soon, 8 hours'. And when I am able to talk to the one (I've used the chat multiple times and only got one person) person, or probably an automated computer about my order they reply with 'the supplier is currently not online now, please check back soon 8 hours, sorry for delay'.
