Edogo.com shows the promise of downloading TV episodes, movies, music, etc. I needed a snapshot from a TV episode. I signed up, they charged my credit card and I am unable to log into the member page. Their 24/7 tech support is non-existent. I'm not even sure there is a company other than to charge your credit card. I wish I had checked the complaint prior to giving away my money.
