Galaxy Mall (Utah Office) dba Duvera Capital (California Office) invited me to a demonstration of their Internet marketing concept in Everett, Washington. The sales pitch was intensive and convincing. The speaker told a story about a college girl who supposedly bought a house selling cookies to college students. He didn't tell us that the college girl was the daughter of John J. Poelman, resident scam artist and president of Galaxy Mall. The event speaker, John Poelman and his daughter are all co conspirators and professional scam artists in the rip-off of the century.
They sent me home with some software that was supposed to enable me to set up a web site. The software was supposed to have a number of storefronts from which to choose. The one I chose didn't work. When I called their office I was told the storefront that I favored was not going to be available for several months, if ever. I was told to choose another storefront. When I complained the representative told me I could upgrade the service for an additional $5000 and then I would have more functionality. He got really aggressive with questions about my credit cards, lines of credit etc. I refused to pay for the defective software.
The resident scam artist, President John Poleman was featured on a television news program where the reporter told about another similar consumer rip off scheme that Poleman operated in California. The authorities shut him down in California so he moved his operation to Utah.
Professional scam artist John Poleman uses Duvera Capital in California in an effort to collect from unsuspecting consumers. It appears that Duvera Capital in California is a subsidiary of Galaxy Mall possibly owned and operated by professional scam artist John Poleman.
Beware of these professional scam artist.
