No work completed and they charged me 900.00 without my approval

I was sold a bag of no goods, the sles people are nice and they call, call, call and then they use the old if I can get a deposit I can hold this deal for you. Dont fall for what I did they then just put up a web page without my approval and said well we build a place holder. Then they offered me 50% back after doing nothing. No writen contract dont give them money. They are not who they say they are...
