Took money out of my account without permission.
Grandkids playing on my laptop hit the button on my google wallet then hit angrybirds. I called they said don't worry we will send a confirmation email to show it is canceled never got forgot about it until I seen the charge on my bankstatement.
Called them again wrote down cancel number, but they won't give me my money back. They said they will sent email still don't have that one either.
My grandkids are 5 and 3 yes old.
Reported them to my bank and to BBB.
