I had never heard of the site Conscious Dating Network until a charge for $16.97 appeared on my card. I tried calling the number associated with the charge and it goes straight to a voice mail and then tells you the voice mailbox is full, so you can't talk to a live person or leave a message. I sent an email to billing support email address requesting the charge be reversed as it was an unauthorized charge but never received a reply. I did a search on the internet about them and it appears to be a site run by the Scientologists. I have contacted my back about disputing the charge but it requires that my account be blocked while they investigate the issue, which puts me in a situation where I can't use my account.
