I signed up for a year of gold service and paid a full year in advance. The service was horrible, 24x7 toll-free support is non-existent (try calling the number on their home page... You get a recording). When I tried to get my money back as per the 30-day money back guarantee prominently displayed on their home page they flat-out refused.
Save your money... Avoid these scumbags like the plague. A little due dilligence on my part would have saved me $240 bucks... Complaints about these guys can be found all over the Internet.
