Purchased a Lowe's gift card with $50.00 Dining Dollars from Savemore on December 6th. Was able to redeem the certificate for the card on December 22. Have purchased several other cards with this site and received all of them. This one, though, I did not. Email them daily since Jan 24 and have left them 10 voice mail messages as their toll free number goes directly to voice mail.
I used my debit card to purchase this so called "deal". I would love to know if someone was able to receive a refund from this place and how they did it without having to read all of the complaints. I am coming to the conclusion that I am out the $30.00. Have used other sites and saved much more than the $30.00. Would love to get the refund but this is how I justify it in my mind.
