Purchased gift card November 10th. Was told gift card would arrive week of December 10th. No gift card. E-mailed December 29th. Told it would be forwarded to shipping ASAP. January 12th, emailed again. I told them I wanted a refund. They said 7-10 business days. On there Facebook page their customer service rep was telling everybody 3-5 days. E-mailed, again, again, again. Posted on their Facebook page again, again, again and again. Even tried to report their page as fraud or scam. Well, needless to say here it is February 6th, no gift card and no refund. Thinking of starting a class action lawsuit against them.
