Website is called www.unlockandtalk.com lied charged me twice they charged me 70 dollars and the unlock code was only 35$

These people stated in there website after I gave them my cell phone ime# that they could send me a good unlock code but they never did, infact they stole more money because they charged me twice for the same unlock code. There theives and I want them. Shut down
