David from angelpvas.com provided a lame excuse as to why my order was delayed and when I questioned his sincerity he told me about their devotion to their customers. To expedite my order I ended up increasing the size as according to him my original order was a "partial" and they needed to find a buyer for the other block of phone numbers. He had me send the money, totaling over $200 to Pakistan, which I was not thrilled with in the first place. They after I sent the money and he promised my order would be delivered in 8 hours he disappeared. They take your money and don't deliver any products. Stay away.
