I signed a contract with this VOIP (voice over Internet protocol) company for all my telephone need that would service ALL my agencies. I have about 8 telephone including 4 toll free numbers. MY sales persons name was Josh Kersh. I asked him if they used any employed any third world countries in their business and they promised me that they did not as that was a primary concern to me. Kersh assured me that their policies and company procedures was only an American company ONLY.in fact, that was a lie and very deceptive. Everyone I talked too for technical support was from the Philippines and from India! I could barely understand what they said and they were not technical enough to answer a simple question nor assist me. Sometimes, it would take hours to the problem would never get resolved. Next, I got an employee from RingCentral named John Ross who told me he would take over and I would only have to deal with him and gave me his number of 1-650-472-4055. He said I could call anytime for assistance and NEVER have to deal again with any Philipinos of Indians. He lied!

I had to set up the phones myself with little or no assistance. They never advised me that I would have to but 30 or more feet or ethernet cable to make the system work. There was no guidance explained in the beginning except give them the money up front to get started. They said the set-up was very easy and there was plenty of staff to assist anytime 24 hours a day. This too was a lie.

It took me days to finally get the system up and running. I purchased ethernet cords from a internet cable provider online which took some time to get to me because there is no retail store that sells the kinds of lengths that I needed. That left me with noi calls coming in or not which left me with no business during that time. They did not even have the sensitivity to realize that nor was an apology given.

When I finally got someone from their company to set up the system which was way more complicated than their sales pitch, and saved the changes as outlines with them, I thought it was done. It was not. I found the saved changes, changed at will which caused severe problems at business and home. They released my private home numbers to the public an reverse and it did not stop there. There was a Ronnel Lorenzo Orale who was playing with my numbers and I had to call back several times to advise them to change it back. To be concise, I lost about 400 calls which in turn was a gigantic loss of revenue. I had to cancel many events and courses that is my sweat equity and my way to earn a living. Complaints came swarming it that people said that either got a busy signal, no answer ro a constant no connect. People thought I had gone out of business!

I tired contacting corporate but that fell on deaf ears. When I just came back from a business trip. RingCentral had promised before I left that they would replace a bad phone that had worked for weeks before. They promised me an overnight shipping. There was plenty of time, to get that phone working which was my largest phone which gets about 100 calls per day and the mainstream of my business. I never got the phone before I left.in fact, I only just recived today which was 10 days later! To date, all 4 phones in my office from Ring Central do not work. I have no useable phones and nobody there seems to care! I have tried everything in the book and they still transfer me to India or the Phillipines. I have spoken to Josh Kurse who promised me a high elevation tech which I never got. I also spoke with a Faiza Hughell (SDr. Sales Manager) who told me she would get me the right help after 8 hours on the phone today and straighten everything away for me today and get me in touch with a guy named Jeremy from the U.S.instead when the party answered it was a guy named Dorner from India who specifically told me he could not help me! When I tried calling everyone back, it all goes to voice mail like they are hiding. To date, I have lost hundred of thousands in damages and still have not one workable phone! These people are frauds and cons
