Well it looks like the list of irritated people who want answers such as myself is growing. I am furious that I can not get ahold of anyone at all. I sent an email to [email protected] and after four days they responded back to me with this message "It is now too late to return your modem. To avoid being charged the non-return fee your modem needed to be received back by 12/18" Thats the message in its entirety. I am stuck with a worthless pile of plastic and 109 dollars broker. I was never sent anything through mail and upon originally losing my internet signal and calling them about it, the only thing while calling was a recording saying they are no longer in business and to please find a new provider??? Ok so how was I supposed to know where to return the modem as well as know about the 12/18 deadline? This is the biggest ripoff I have seen in a long time. I would love to be part of a class action lawsuit and will team up with anyone on here. Thanks for the time people and I wish this kind of nonsense never happened to any one of us what a joke of a company.
