After paying Bryan a $2200.00 deposit to configure his site to have a new shopping cart. After hearing claims that bryan was working with bicyclewarehouse.com, we decided to hire him. We paid him upfront for his work, he blew us off, and then we sued him. After taking him to court, and after he recieved a judgement from another party (up and coming inc.) he moved to Arizona, full documentation is available. Watch out for Bryan Timmerman, Terri Parker, and Bill Timmerman.
