Through my limited research, and without reading the rest of the usacomplaints. Coms because I am really upset, for lack of stating how I truly feel and it doesn't include proper language, I have been able to find out that yourgiftcards.com is only one of many offers of YF Direct, Inc., a California corporation. I am going to be sending an email message to an attorney that I know with regard to a potential class-action lawsuit agaginst this company, but for anyone who reads this, they also operate under yourfreedvds.com, ccstreet.com, creditgift.com, offercash.com, and I can just imagine how many others.
I feel like it took me a while to get this far, but can you imagine the countless number of people that have been burned by this company; it's criminal. I can just bet most people give up. Life isn't worth having to moan and groan for $50 dollars everyday - and I am sure that was what YF was banking on! I just think that it really stinks and we should all band together and in addition to going after YF, go after the companies that are utilizing YF Direct's marketing efforts by (1) returning our products and attempting to sever our contracts with those companies; (2) by all of us filing complaints with the California State Attorney General's office as I believe according to terms and conditions that California holds jurisdiction; and (3) by pressuring companies like Yahoo that so proudly display the traps of YF Direct to their visitors that we will actively not utilize their services as well as recommending to all of our friends and family and others that unless they pressure YF Direct into coming clean and fulfilling their bargain - WITH INTEREST, business at all of their sites is going to pay the consequence - and all of it due to YF Direct's deceptive advertising practices and not fulfilling their obligations.
