Listen to Feist Access code to download digital form of Feist Metals album isn't recognized Internet

I purchased Feist Metals on vinyl because it was supposed to come with a digital download. The access code I was given is not recognized, so I am unable to get the download. There is no possibility that I'm interpreting the code wrong because the code they provided is very clear and easy to read.
