Im still unclear how a gaming website got my credit card information but within a matter of 5 days I was charged two charges. $1.00 and $39.95. On the website there is no information to help you discover who or how I was signed up, ; and when you call the number listed no one is available to answer my call although it clearly states on there website live agents are there Mon-Sat 7a-7p. I've sent an email but no response other than for $1.00 fee my account will be downgraded. Googled their website I found others that had the same issues with no resolve.
