I aked for a refund of a service that was not giving Internet

Igpoint is a gaming company on the internet they advertised about elp bonus for the day. I bought 10$ worth of game currency & was not giving the bonus the day it was advertised would not & did not refund my money, coupled w / the fact they let people openly cheat on there servers
