I've approached their customer support division roughly six-times since 12/19 without any quality.initially, I'd sent them declaring that I obtained one part of my purchase, although not the samplesize products (3 products at $2.99 each). Every time I create contact regarding this problem, I proceed to get exactly the same useless response: "you ought to have acquired them".
