9 months have passed and still no delivery. Empty promises

I placed an order with LootFetch for a touring rocket x53 this was 9 months ago. See for your self

To whome it may concern, I am still waiting for the item i paid for. Once again i am asking u if u can not deliver the mount then refund my money back to my pay pal account... I paid for this service on june 1.2011 today is now june 13 i have not heard from your company in a week, u said i would receive an email, on last monday and this was not the case. I have no more patience for what u are doing. (or lack of doing)
