I bought this package back on 11/16, (summary #DFD13215033828590) and I have not finish bidding my prizes I still have over 250 bids that I have not make any bids yet but some how I cannot get into the site anymore my user does not match my password and I trying to change password incase been awhile it may need new password but it does not allow it looks like it does not recognized my email address either. Because when it asks me to send my email and it will generate temp password but instead it says my email does not cordinate with I tried to login just as usual but the site is different now. What can I do to get my money back? Since all these complaints it may not be my only problem.
