Meihong Lin I ordered a pair of fila shoes for 52.79 EUROS and they sent me an email saying the stock i ordered was finished and they asked if i wanted to get a new product free of charge and i did not have to re Putian

I do not want to sue this company i just want to know if it is a fraud so i can do something about it, i ordered a pair of shoes and they send me a confirmation number order 1 and i still havn't recieved them.
