Rip off, Scam Artist, Internet Dead Beats, Non paying network

Superior Affiliate Management - Ripped of our network for $10,826.15

The people who were involved in this scam are:

Cresta Pillsbury (CEO)

JP Diaz (COO)

Josh Brewer (Affiliate Manager - I have messaged him dozens of times trying to figure out why they have not paid the owed balance).

Dan Stanitski (Affiliate Manager - I have messaged him dozens of times trying to figure out why they have not paid the owed balance).

Here are the facts

SAM agreed to pay us 1.85 per/convert for the volume from 10/31 11/06 - $26,194.15.
SAM sent us a partial payment for $15,368.00 owing a balance of $10,826.15
SAM told us they sent another partial payment for $8487 which never arrived.
SAM then blamed it on banking issues Jp Diaz 11/23 Thinking it may have been a banking issue. Checkimg with bank tomorrow morning.
SAM has not paid us the remaining balance of $10,826.15
