PacificGeek took an order for servers in October.
After a month of time passes and attempting to contact PacificGeek for information on order, email response came saying that they were backed up and unable to ship as of yet. They proceeded to send me tracking numbers and said the products were on there way.
Time passes and nothing is ever picked up by FedEx. Attempts to now change or cancel the order and get a refund, are all meet with 'we will forward the request'. Another month passes, and nothing not one response to ANY request for refund or information.
December rolls around, and emails to Kirk and Robert and geeks @ pacificgeek.com all go unanswered. MANY emails, and phone requests just ignored.
Over 60 days of them with my money and not even so much as the decency to reply.
Still no money.
