I tried purchasing some Pandora charms from this website. When I went to check out, it said my payment could not be processed. I tried once more getting the same response. I went to another website and purchased from them.
Later, I checked my email to see that my payments had in fact been processed, twice! I emailed the website saying that their website said my payment could not be processed so I bought my charms from another site, and would like to cancel my order and be refunded.
They said they would cancel my order and refund me 80%! I demanded a full refund as it was their website that said my payment did not go through, and no order had been shipped. They responded with the same email saying they would only give me 80% refund. I have emailed them multiple times since with no response. I am furious that they will not live up to their commitment to quality service like their site says.
I have not been refunded the 80% like they said they would either. I do not know what to do, they stole $112.86 from me and I have nothing to show for it!
