I ordered a Polywell computer and when I received it, saw that it only could support 2Gb but the specs on their website were 3Gb.
After hassling them for a few weeks, they conceeded that it can support 3Gb but with slower RAM than advertised previously. I asked to return the goods and accepted their offer for a replacement. A month later, no replacement, so I sent it back.
Now they claim a 15% "restocking fee" because "nothing was wrong with the system" (they didn't ask me that!). They also fraudulently claim that the mouse & keyboard weren't returned (which they most definitely were).
I took this to their VP and still found a completely lack of customer service. DON"T TRUST THEM! Their website claims a 30 money back guarantee but clearly this isn't the case if I can't even get a full refund on inferior merchandise they sent me (I notified them about the problem the first business day after I received it).
I have my credit card company looking into the transaction but right now, I've paid about $300 because of their error and have nothing to show for it!
