Multimedia marketing I bought $10,000 worth of advertising and was promised 48,000 visitors a year to my purchased website that they set up. They kept telling me that I had fallen between the cracks

I had purchased $10,000 worth of advertising and a website that they set up and it was hooked up with Amazon and Google... Supposedly. I could see the website but they were no visitors there and I was promised 48,000 a year. They kept telling me that there were some problems in the system and they were updating to America's webmall to modernize. I go a few visitors by checking my backdoor, 180 in a month is not close to the 4000 I was promised. They no longer anwswer any phones and I am unable to contact them. I had spoken with a Paul Murphy the first time and also a Richard Alexander who was in charge of advertising. I had also spoken many times with a Peter Camp who was in Arizona and with customer service until they stopped answering calls.
