Wendl leasing solutions Offered a job but there is no company by that name listed with Washington or Swiss business registry

I am concerned with the legitimacy of Wendls. They contacted about the job in my town, but as I start researching there is no company by the Wendl Leasing solutions name listed with the Swiss business registry or even Washington DC where they claim to be. The company name does not register with BBB. I never can reach anyone on the phone and the numbers left when called does not have a professional sound. Looks like a well done hoax or scam.
