When I bought a pdf converter from Digital River software for $90 they never disclosed that this SW this is only used occasionally to convert pdf files to Word documents had only two or three installations and that every time you rebooted your computer that they would count it as another installation. They do not trust the customer who I tell them that I only installed it one time on one computer and they somehow count each reboot as a different computer. They give me a new activation code and as soon as the computer reboots it stops working saying that I have exceeded the number of installations and that I have no technical support without paying for support. This software has never worked properly since it was new and they have records tied to my email address that tells them that but they refuse to solve my problems. I have waited for hours on their long distance phone calls without getting any help. They need to be prosecuted for their deceptive advertising.
