After almost 2 months of awaiting my item, I ended my purchase and am still awaiting my reimbursement. Easily don't have it from the end-of this week, I am processing a BBB problem. Our emails were overlooked. I really could never cope with about the telephone. Our remarks on the site easily never turned up. I'll never purchase from their website again!!
