Consumer beware: internet shopping rip off company

I have BEWARE information for our United States, and Canadian consumers. Let me start from the beginning.
What does Customer Service mean? I have always thought Customer Service means appreciation for your business that generates profit for your company. That particular meaning may not be in the dictionary; however it is an established rule in the business world that most companies strive to improve and perfect. There are many hardworking people in the world. For not all people are the same but all are consumers. However, there are companies out there that do not care to take a working persons hard earned money for their profit. As a customer, if a company does not care about you as a customer and in that you are spending your hard earned money with them, why would you spend your money with them?
How would a business that does not care about its customers stay in business. Could it be possible if customers knew the type of company that they were dealing with that a customer would think twice spending money there? Or could it be possible if customers knew that a company knowing ripped them off for their hard earned money, customers definitely would not spend their money there. You would like to think the later; however what company would be so honest to inform customers that they knowingly rip them off for company profit. Naturally, that company would not be in business. I guess a bad company golden rule is what customers don't know won't hurt us-the company.
I feel that consumers have the right to know about companies that do not care, companies that rip them off of their hard earned money. Consumers should know about YOU CAN SAVE.com.
YOU CAN SAVE.com is a rip off dot com company. YOU CAN SAVE.com resells various products on line. They accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMX, and DISCOVER. They will also take your check or money order. The website carries the TRUST logo, but not registered with the BBB. YOU CAN SAVE targets consumers in the USA and CANADA. I say the words TARGETS CONSUMERS with true information that any proper investigation could validate. I have very disturbing information that consumers should be aware of before shopping on line with YOU CAN SAVE.com.
YOU CAN SAVE.com uses marketing and partners with major internet trusted companies like AMAZON.com, CATALOG CITY, SKYMALL, e-mail marketing and many more.
1. The products look great, and the site offers a very cheap price, they even offer a 30 day money back guarantee, wow you see why it is called YOU CAN SAVE.com.
2. You can order by all major credit cards, you feel the site is secure, you select the product that notes-USUALLY SHIPS THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY, and go straight to the shopping cart for purchase.
3. Once at the shopping cart, you enter your credit card information, and PROCESS ORDER.
4. You wait for your product to ship out.
Normally that is how the internet shopping experience goes. This is what internet shoppers are used to. Usually this is how internet shopping is done.
However with YOU CAN SAVE.com consumers are NOT AWARE of the following:
1. THE ITEM YOU SAW AND ORDERED IS NOTACTUALLY IN STOCK-because YOU CAN SAVE.com takes orders for products and lets them stack up before ordering the shipment to arrive into inventory, the slower the orders for that particular product the longer the back order and wait for the customer is.
2. You can save does not send out back order notification to the customers, you can save will hold orders for months at a time and when the orders build up enough to order the shipment, it is sometimes 3-6 months before a customer will get their product and a charge to their credit card, all the while the customer has forgotten about the order they placed.
3. Customers are told when given order status, next week, and next week, the next week, never to get follow ups.
4. CONSUMERS EXPECT TO GET WHAT THEY PAID FOR-many times consumers will see a picture of one thing and receive a similar product when they get the order-the good old bait and switch tactic.
5. Your credit card information is shared with other companies that upsell other products and charge customers without authorization on a monthly basis. (great buy usa questsaver monthly coupon program charges will show 9.99 a month, and brand seed upselling for video professor also a monthly charge) all the while consumers think that the you can save.com website is secure. I cannot stress enough-your credit card information is not safe with you can save.com
6. You can save saves by purchasing bulks of defective products for cents a unit, and reselling that product at the advertised cost-usually what you can buy it from in your local store. You can save tests the products and know that most all products do not and or will not work, and or there is some sort of defect to the product that it is being bought so cheap and sold for profit.
7. The return policy is 30 days from the time consumers get the product, so during christmas season - consumers were not able to return their defective products due to going past 30 daysknowing the orders for christmas are being made as early as october. Might i not fail to mention, the only time you can save is profitable is during the holidays.
I can go on and on about this company and what they knowingly do to consumers to take their money. Anyone can go to there local BBB and see how many complaints they have against them.
VISA, MASTERCARD, AMX, and DISCOVER should revoke YOU CAN SAVE.com credit card license.
Many consumers that have done business with YOU CAN SAVE.com, did for the first and the last time, and it is unfortunate that consumers do not know about this company first.
The complaints that are out there are valid, and YOU CAN SAVE.com is an internet rip off company that no one should spend their hard earned money with.
There are good internet companies out there. Companies like YOU CAN SAVE.com are a threat to companies that do care.
So why would not all the angry YOU CAN SAVE.com consumers go to their local ATTORNY GENERAL? Maybe if consumers stuck together, we could be rid of companies like YOU CAN SAVE.com.
