OAN Services has slammed my BellSouth telephone bill for a Privasafe email service charge of 16.55 for 2 months now although I have called OAN and requested a credit for the charges and asked them to stop doing this. How can a company get away with this kind of business practice? Why isn't this sort of thing illegal? It is very frustrating not to mention costly and time consuming.
