Paid $91 for a new Xerox drum cartridge, and got a "receipt" with a link to track the shipment. Day after day for weeks, the link took me to a message that said tracking information was still unavailable. All emails to company receive and error message and an auto-reply from a NoReply email box. The company has no mailing address and no phone number. The site is designed to look like MonsterToners (with an "s"), which is legitimate. I wish I had searched the Internet name before I made the purchase; I would have seen the existing fraud reports and could have avoided being ripped off. What's even more worrisome is that they now have my credit card number.
