I'm attempting to remove from their support when I am transferring outofstate & they don't supply support for this region. I sent within the requset to remove on 10/28 & by today 11/08 I'm still linked. I chose to document a using the FCC at FCC. Gov After talking to an FCC consultant at 888 225 5322 she led me through the problem procedure. DSL extreme has a few of the toughest customer support & their rates are somewhat sluggish. I'd think hard before having them be my ISP
