This all began since I needed TO ALTER my arrival-time by 1.5 hours. Notice my mail to Cheapoair and incidentally, I still do not have my return however. I had been informed on 7/12 that I'd be billed a $100 termination charge since I have was altering my arrival-time on my trip within 24 hours. At Cheapoairis demand I ended the scheduling #502367 and re reserved using the proper period. I had been subsequently requested to deliver a contact to [email protected] seeking the termination and recognizing the $100 charge that we did at 10:17pm on 7/12.

I Have been looking to get a standing on my reimbursement for scheduling #502367 since 7/17/07 (over 6 months). I have sent twice 7/17/07 and 7/19/07 - no reaction) and named numerous occasions including 8/14,8/15,8/22). I had been positioned on hold permanently (once for over one hour) and disconnected many times. After I did achieve somebody I had been usually informed that my reimbursement had been prepared, however it might occupy to 6 months to obtain it back.
