Fraudulent claim to provide credit card. Took my money and never made good on their claim

First off, I have bad credit. I of course was interested in getting a credit card that was "already approved". On October 22 I sent these swindlers a check for $37.00. To this day I have never seen a credit card from them. I share this info only because I want to assist in putting these crooks out of business! FrankSan Antonio, Texas
