I ordered replacement ink cartridges for my Cannon printer and have not received them. They were promised within 7 - 10 business days and it has been four weeks. I have tried to contact the company with email and fax - there is no direct phone number listed - and have had no response. I looked online and have found that others have suffeed a similar fate. I have filed a disputed charge report with Master card but would like to get the word out to others to avoid these scammers.
