Defective Product and NO RESPONSE from Customer Service

I normally google a company I have don't ordered from but this time I trusted them and their year guarantee. I ordered 20 ink jet cartridges for my Epson printers that I had just purchased and after about 60 days I needed to replace the blank ink and pulled out my order. The printer does not recognize it, so I tried another one and another one. The printer will not recognize any of the cheap cartridges that inksoutlet.com sent.

But wait they have a warranty so I am sure they will be more than happy to fix the problem. Not. They do NOT answer their one and only one phone number listed which has a "Mailbox is FULL" message (I would not like to hear what the lucky few that were able to leave messages said). So let's try their Email accounts they show on the website. Of course no matter how many Emails you send they do not answer any of them. The big mistake I made was ordering the ink in advance as by the time I needed to use the junk they sent it was too late to file a complaint with my credit card company.

Would the Attorney General of California please shut down this rip off company as it is giving your state a very bad name. They are lucky I don't live close enough to "visit" their posted street address as I would handle this the old fashioned way, face to face, instead of having to use the internet.

Save your money and do not send this company a penny or at least know you were warned.
